1. Acceptance

By using HomePitch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account and phone number secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

3. Bookings & payments

• Slot availability and prices (including peak-hour pricing) are set by each venue and shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed via our payment partner. Wallet balances and rewards are governed by the in-app rules.
• Cancellation, refund and no-show rules are set per venue and shown at checkout.

4. Venue owners

Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, availability and for honouring confirmed bookings. Platform fees apply as agreed in your plan.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, HomePitch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
